Come Early for the PAEP Pre-Conference Workshop: Buckle Up and Learn to Navigate the Twists and Turns of NEPA in Transportation

Has NEPA sometimes left you feeling battered and bruised? At first glance, NEPA sometimes seems like it should be straightforward…until it isn’t. In route through transportation project delivery, inevitably there are twists, turns, bumps, and detours – whether they be regulatory changes, public controversy, project complexities, agency conflicts, etc. Some issues are anticipated, while others pop up when least expected, for further details on what to expect at this pre-conference workshop. Separate registration and fees are required.

To register for this course (it is not included in the PAEP Conference registration fee), please complete the requested information on the registration page. Note: The early registration cut-off date for PAEP members and non-members is August 16th. We strictly adhere to these cut-off dates to adequately prepare for the course.

The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center

• You must identify yourself as part of PAEP24A Conference to obtain the group rate.  It is important that you indicate any special rooming needs or arrangements at the time of this call.
• Group Room Rate is $129 for Single/Double occupancy for standard guest room  (the rate does not include taxes).
• PAEP cannot guarantee room availability. The discounted group rate concludes on August 16. Rooms will be available at the discounted rate until that date, or until the block is filled, whichever comes first. Please know that the PAEP room block usually fills well before the deadline. At that point, you are compet­ing with other guests for rooms. Requests for reservations after August 16 will be accepted by the hotel on a space and rate availability basis. For those making reser­vations prior to the deadline, rooms may also be available at the group rate for the three days prior to and the three days after the actual conference to accommodate vaca­tion planning.
